The PROMEC spring test press is a flexible and accurate testing device of bogie suspension coils.

The machine carries out automatic testing of the spring, or nested springs, spring scragging and

generates an inspection report, showing the height under load, the load deflection test result, the

value of the Natural axle deviation under load (Bowing or Chasse), and the transversal stiffness.

A special metal marker produces a metal ribbon, marked with spring test data, to be applied to

the tested spring.

The dedicated hydraulic crane allows easy loading and unloading of the springs into the press, without

requiring any other lifting tools.
