| Additional information: | The press is employed in investment (lost-wax) casting process. The equipment is designed to inject melt wax at controlled temperature and pressure conditions into special molds, in which cluster models for investment casting are formed. Maximum closure force on molds: 1.000 kN Maximum injection quantity per each filling operation: 5 liters Wax reservoir with pre-heating, liquefying and storage temperature control until the injection inside the mold. Pre-heating and temperature control of the molds with a quick change - double sliding table system. Pressure and speed control of the injection phase. Computerized control system of all process parameters with data base of the filling procedures for all types/models and data storage of the recorded results/parameters of each completed injection operation. |
